Before withdrawing from a course, please review the Course Withdrawals and Refunds policy in the University Catalog. Once you have completed the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the form to transmit it to the University. Please print a copy of this form, for your records, BEFORE selecting the 'submit' button. Please note that your confirmation of course withdrawal is the removal of the course from your Online Student Services schedule and on MyEdison. Refer to the textbook supplier's policy and procedures for return of course materials due to course withdrawal.

Requests for course withdrawals must be on this form or in a letter to the Office of the Registrar containing all the information requested on this form. Withdrawal requests must be received in the Registrar's office prior to the last day of the term. The postmark, fax date, or e-mail send date of the withdrawal request will be the official date of the withdrawal.  Requests received later will be denied and a grade of "F" or "NC" will be assigned.

Withdrawing from a course does not affect your status in the degree program in which you are enrolled nor does it withdraw you from the University. Requests to withdraw from the University are completed on the Enrollment Withdrawal form.

Financial Aid Students:
Students using financial aid who withdraw from one or more courses will be responsible for any financial charges caused by their withdrawal. Contact finaid@tesu.edu or 609-633-9658 if you are unsure of the impact of your withdrawal on your financial aid prior to withdrawing from courses.

Comprehensive Tuition Plan Students:
If you are under the comprehensive tuition plan and are withdrawing after the 21st day of the term, the credits being withdrawn from will count towards the maximum 36 credits allowed under the annual comprehensive tuition plan.

New Jersey National Guard Students:
New Jersey National Guard students who participated in the NJ National Guard tuition waiver program who withdraw from a course are responsible for the course tuition and should refer to the tuition waiver checklist for additional information.

GoArmyEd Students:
GoArmyEd students must withdraw courses through the GoArmyEd portal and cannot use this form to withdraw.

III. Withdrawal Tuition Refund Schedule

If you withdraw from a course during the first three weeks of the semester, you may be eligible for a tuition refund as outlined below. Students who are enrolled in some special programs are not eligible for a refund.

Withdrawal requests must be postmarked, fax dated, or submitted via e-mail by Eastern Standard time according to the following schedule for the corresponding refund. Please refer to the Academic Calendar for term dates.

Before the first day of the semester 100% of tuition refunded
Between the first and seventh day of the semester 75% of tuition refunded
Between the eighth and fourteenth day of the semester 50% of tuition refunded
Between the fifteenth and twenty-first day of the semester 25% of tuition refunded
After the twenty-first day of the semester No tuition will be refunded

Refund Policy For Eight-Week Courses - Applies to all School of Business and Management graduate programs.

Before Day One Of Term 100% of tuition refunded
Between Day One-Day 14 50% of tuition refunded
NO REFUNDS AFTER DAY 14

Please note: If your registration was paid by Credit/Debit card, the convenience fee payment of 2.75 percent is Non-Refundable and will not be included in any refund received prior to the start of the term or during the refund withdrawal period.

The late fee is nonrefundable. Tuition refunds will be processed in the manner the tuition was paid within six weeks after receipt of withdrawal request.
