Please note: This is not a graduation application, the graduation application is a separate form and will be provided if you qualify for the return as inactive to graduate process.

I have completed 16 credits of Online (OL), Guided Study (GS) or E-Pack (EP) course work or met my tuition plan's residency requirement at TESU.

I was enrolled under the comprehensive tuition plan or am a part of a Corporate Partnership agreement and do not have a residency requirement.

I intend to pay the residency waiver.

$105.00 - This fee is a nonrefundable fee.

PLEASE READ and agree to the following terms and conditions:*

Credit and debit card payments are handled through a third party payment processor. A non-refundable convenience fee of 2.95 percent (with a minimum charge of $3.00) will be added to your total charges for this processor. The University does not receive any portion of convenience fee payments.

To avoid convenience fees you can pay via electronic check/ACH payment. Electronic payments require your bank routing and account numbers. The routing number and checking account number can be found on the bottom of your personal check.
