There is no graduation fee for a second area of study/degree

This form is only to be used for the following two situations:
1. You need to request to include a 2nd area of study for graduation. You must have already officially declared a 2nd Area of Study and been working with Academic Advising to complete it. If so, please complete this form immediately after you have completed the Online Request for Graduation for either one of the degrees listed on your record and made payment. Add the 2nd Area of Study on this form. There is no fee for this addition.
2. You wish to apply for graduation with an associate's degree and bachelor's degree for the same graduation date. You must be complete with both degrees to be eligible. If so, please complete this form immediately after you have completed the Online Request for Graduation for either one of the degrees listed on your record and made payment. Add the 2nd degree and area of study/option on this form. There is no fee for this addition as long as both degrees are complete and certified for the same graduation date.
